Enterprise Institute adds two SDSU students as Student Commercialization Analysts

 

The Enterprise Institute has recently hired two student employees to work on its research team. The two employees are Tom Eitreim and Angela Streier both of whom are students at South Dakota State University . Angela Streier is a Consumer Affairs major and Business minor from Roslyn , South Dakota . Tom Eitreim is an Entrepreneurial Studies major and Business Minor from Brandon , South Dakota . Streier and Eitreim are both in their final year at SDSU and plan to graduate in May 2011.

 

Student commercialization analysts have been utilized by the Enterprise Institute since its inception in 2001. “The students are an important part of our team,” says Tim Weelborg, Executive Director of the Enterprise Institute. He adds, “Their insight and perspective have been extremely beneficial in providing assistance to our clients.”

 

The Enterprise Institute is a private, non-profit corporation that provides business development and commercialization services to researchers, inventors and start-up companies in the region. The Institute provides confidential and free consulting through the   Small   Business   Development   Center   and offers specialized fee-based services to entrepreneurs seeking equity financing and to researchers and inventors that need preliminary commercialization assistance.
