South Dakota Rural Enterprise is the lead organization in the development of Dakota Rising, and entrepreneur development system in rural communitites.  Entrepreneur Fellowships is a keystone of the program.  Fellows receive a cash award, are matched with coahces and mentors, and work in a cohort with other fellows to accelerate the growth of their business.
